330 ml bottle. Cloudy pale golden body with a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Mild, fruity aroma with a certain Saison/farmhouse touch. Flavor is refreshing fruity, Sweet, slightly floral and has this yeasty farmhouse touch as well (without so much acidity). Moderate in bitterness. Medium body and quite fruity in aftertaste. Feels a bit plain and ordinary in the start, but it grows giving it some time. Very pleasant without any boldness.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy golden body with a big, foamy and lacing off-white head. Quite mild aroma with hint of citric fruit and spicy yeast. Flavor is light as well, but pleasant. Medium sweet, fruity, hint of spices and yeast, moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nothing revolutionary, but what to expect? – It’s just a nice and easy blond (actually I miss some more pronounced aroma hops at least, thats a pretty good idea for a blond).

Fra flaske, på lansering på Onkel Aksel, Kristiansand, sammen med Odd Gunnar: iflg den meget hyggelige bryggeren har de brukt disse maltsortene: Maris Otter pale malt, Caramalt, Crystal, Brown og Münchener 25EBC. Cascade er eneste humle. Fin mahognyfarge med godt skum som holder seg. Ristet brød, lett brente loffskorper og ristede nøtter i skjønn forening både i aroma og smak. Halvtørr. Elegant bitterhet i avslutningen.

Fra flaske, på lansering den 20.6.15 på Onkel Aksel, Kristiansand, sammen med Odd Gunnar: ølet (som var tappet dagen før) skal iflg bryggeren være laget på pilsnermalt, pale malt og carapils. Humlene er Cascade, Amarillo og Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Klar lys gylden med bruseskum. Den er godt karbonert, så den bruser også en del på tungen. Mildt humlet, lett og lys - en fin forfriskning som sikkert vil passe glimrende i sørlandsk sommervarme.

On tap at Café Sara, Oslo. Clear amber with an off-white head. Hoppy aroma with fruity notes, hints of peaches, pine, herbs and light caramel. Medium sweet with nicely balanced flavours and a pleasant bitterness. Tasty, easy to drink and certainly a decent debut.

Fra fat på Kick Malt og Øl: klar, gylden kobber med fint skum som varer. Herlig aromatisk, furunål, mango, aprikos og appelsin. Smaken likeså, fint balansert med karamell. Flott munnfølelse og behagelig bitterhet i den lange ettersmaken. En meget vellykket debut!
