Draught, 150ml, sample tray at Nedre Foss Gård. Deep dark brown in the glass, fair lacing from a fast declining beige head. Inviting smell of caramel malts, earthy. Malt-driven flavours of caramel, and a note of dried fruits, lightly spiced. Mid-sweet brown malty ending still with a spicy note. Fine bodied. Pretty good. (Oslo, 23.11.2024).

150ml draught, sample tray at Nedre Foss Gård. Spotty lacing from a tiny white head, clear golden body. Moderate aromas of grainy malts, semi-dry. Moments of pale malts, bread, and noble hops to the taste profile. Smooth pale malt-driven ending. Medium bodied. Clean on the swallow. Just okay. (Oslo, 23.11.2024).

100ml, draught, sample tray outside at Nedre Foss Gård. Deep black body with a ruby glint to it, low off-white head, spotty lacing. Roasted black malty nose. The taste profile follows suit with black malts, hints of liquorice and black chocolate. Well roasted malty finish. Decent stuff. (Oslo, 17.08.2024).

100ml, draught, sample tray outside at Nedre Foss Gård. Deep amber body, clingy lacing from a covering beige head. Earthy malts on the nose, with some dried fruits to it. Mixed taste of spiced, mid-sweet cereal malts joined by dried fruits. Earthy malts to the ending, slightly roasted. Medium bodied. Quite alright. (Oslo, 17.08.2024).

Quite fine blended taste profile of mild caramel malts, bread, and leafy hops. Bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Pretty tasty. (Oslo, 17.08.2024).

Tap @ Nedre foss gård. Slightly unclear golden body under a dense, creamy white head. Heavy carbonation. Mild aroma, yeast and wheat. Taste is mild wheat and yeast, not to distinct in any direction but refreshing.

Tap @ Nedre foss gård. Almost clear copper golden body under a medium sized tan head. Arom has malt, toast and caramel. Tast is sweet malt, caramel, toast, nuts and some bitterness. Balanced body with same aftertaste. Decent, tasty lager.
