Can from June 2020 #ratebeersupertasters pack. Golden. Grassy nose with some malt. A very welcome old skool bitterness with a solid malt backbone. Very pleasant.

375ml can into pint glass. Thanks to Beer Cartel and Ratebeer. Pours a golden amber with a bubbly white head. Nose is excellent, full of pepper, grass, malt and fruit. Easy drinking at 6.8%, nice body and texture. Bitter and fruity with a late drying woodiness. Nice balance. Moreish and well made.

(Can) Pours black with nice tan head. Aroma seems smokey to me. Light body with good carbonation. Taste is rather odd and not to my liking. It’s lager and cold coffee. Fine separately but neither is improved by being mixed! Not for me.

375ml can into shaker. From St. Kilda Hotel bottleshop, Armidale. Pale yellow beer with thin white head and medium carbonation. Slight haze. Nice sweet fruit and malt on the nose. Clean, bitter taste. A little effervescence leads to a bitter fruity finish. Very much an adult quaffer.
