Tap at the taproom. Pours light amber with a white head. Aroma is decidedly mosaic. Med + body. Flavor is dank citrus, but the mosaic does come through. It’s dry, bitter, smooth, tasty. Excellent.

Tap at the taproom. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is earthy, woody, citrus/pine. Med body with substantial carbonation. Flavor is fairly dry and decently bitter. More or less matches the aroma. This would be a great beer for the lake.

Tap at the taproom. Pours gold with a near white head. Aroma of mixed non-dark fruits. Med + body. Flavor is nearly hidden roasty malt, floral, mosaic and citrus/pine(light). Dry and bitter. Not too malty, which is good for me. Good APA.

Tap at the tap room. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is lightly sour pale stone fruit. Med body. Carbonation is very light. Flavor is apricot with light lacto/pedio? Peach is detectable. It’s a dry, smooth and fruity sour. Delicious.

Tap at the taproom. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is smooth dark treacle with arguably a bit of medium dark fruit and a coffee note. Very different quad; very good ale.
