Bottle from the 24hr shop on Market Street Aberdeen. It pours clear amber with a sturdy fluffy white head. The aroma is nutty, spicy, toasty grains, cereal, herbal accents, white loaf and sponge cake. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, spicy grain, grassy, leafy, nuttiness, touch of paper and a sweet underbelly of cheap biscuits and bread with a dryish, herbal finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Feels quite fresh. I really don't mind it. Drinks fine when cold.

Bottle from the 24hr shop on Market Street, Aberdeen. It pours clear golden - amber with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is toasty grains, sweet bready character, touch of cardboard, light caramel sweetness, grass and some nuttiness. The taste is crisp initially, bitter - sweet character, caramel, honeyed grain, cereal, nuttiness, some boiled veg, cabbage, touch of spice, some appley fruit and cheap bread with some biscoff sweetness through the finish. Light to average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Initially the cardboard vibe was off putting, then it dissipated. Grew on me actually.

28/9/2024. Bottle courtesy of Gus, bought in London, cheers. Pours clear straw gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, sweet malts, stewed fruits, metallic, medicinal, perfumed. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Quite lively. Not good.

Escanciada en copa Edimburgh, color dorado claro con ligerísima turbidez, espuma blanca medianamente conservada. Aromas muy débiles o poco detectables para un servidor, sí aprecio algo de malta y una lejana nota de caramelo. En boca entra algo dulce, se perciben las notas de malta, al igual que aquellas de caramelo recogidas por el olfato, si la cerveza coge temperatura la "ligera nota" de caramelo se convierte en una hostia de sirope de arroz en toda regla. El amargor es bastante ligero, la profundidad es nula... Tiene un punto dudoso, aunque en general shi ssshe bebe frría es ffferrpectamente diffsrutablergg...¿sabbesh loque quriero decirr?...hips!

13/9/2024. Can from Rasputin’s, Ipswich. Pours clear deep red/brown with a small off-white to beige head. Aroma is toffee, bready, berries, dried fruits, malt, prunes. Quite sweet with mild roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth, low carbonation. Quite liked this.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe. W smaku słodowe, czysty profil, dość delikatne. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie i ciało w normie. Nic specjalnego.
