330ml bottle, sold to me by djoeye. Diminishing fawn-coloured head, over a near black body, spotty lacing. Inviting aromas of roasted chocolate malts. Taste fine with brownish malts, caramel, ash, and chocolate malts. Roasted finish, semi dry and with subdued vanilla. Like it. (Tromsø, 02.08.2026).

Appearance - golden and clear with steady carbonation and a fluffy white head.
Nose - pine, resin and spruce. Some dried orange.
Taste - lemon, dried orange and resinous.
Palate - light bodied, dry, tangy and resinous.
Overall - decent example of the style.

Appearance - amber to brown with a frothy beige head.
Nose - toffee, redcurrant and brown bread.
Taste - toffee, bread, sweet spice and stewed apple.
Palate - medium bodied, chewy middle and finish.
Overall - quite liked this. A malty beer for a change.

0,33l bottle from Drikbeer Advent calendar, #18. Bottled 12/10/2025, bbe 12/04/2026. Very dark brown beer with beautiful and stable, medium natural white head. Aroma is roasted malts and lot of vanilla and coffee. Flavor follows. Quite sweet but also slightly dry.

330mL bottle, pours black with a small brown head. Nose has medium roast, some cocoa nibs, and earthiness. Flavour has a reasonable roasted character, some dark cocoa, a touch of coffee, and very light sugars. Pleasant malt character, though a bit timid. Good.
