Die Kleinbrauerei Wirth & Sons Brewery braut ihr Bier in der ehemaligen Waschküche eines Einfamilienhauses im Basler Gotthelfquartier. Dieses Bier ist keineswegs Abwaschwasser! Inspiriert von der britischen Bier- und Pubkultur, kreieren die Brauer Markus, Simon und Joel Wirth seit zwei Generationen Biere. Das Bier ist intensiv im Geschmack und exklusiv gebraut, wie man es in Basel nirgends sonst findet.

Bottle courtesy of Nick and Anna, cheers guys. Had this at home Monday 10th March 2025 listening to ByteFM we had a Spaghetti Bolognese for tea. Pours warm gold with a slight haze and a mid sized white head. Fruity, a little lemony, a little bit of soapiness, reasonable hoppy bite not bad at all.

Bottle courtesy of Nick and Anna and shared with Nick Sunday 5th January 2025 whilst listening to a playlist that I put together and after a nice homemade Chicken and Chorizo Lasagna, Salad and Garlic Bread. Pours golden with a white head, fresh, clean bur a little bit thin. There is some soapy hoppiness, light fruit, its okay considering the modest abv.
