Hazy golden pour with a fine head that leaves a solid lacing down the sides of the glass. Quite mild aroma actually. Mild yeast and some fruity notes. Mellow carbonation level and decent balanced sweetness. Semi dry ending. malty, mild fruity, some yeast and some herbal spiced notes. [On tap @ source]

Absolutely a decent and fine blonde. But it got a little bit unpleasant homebrew yeast touch in the end when it got a bit warmer. Anyway a pleasant beer to relax with in the spring sun at the patio outside the lovely hotel. Hazy yellow pour with a fine head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Fine intensity in the aroma. 330ml draught at Lysebu Hotell. Unclear dark brown body, patchy beige head, firm lacing. Quite inviting smell of brown malts, mid-sweet and lightly spiced. Yuletide taste of caramel, biscuit and modest amount of dark spices. Malt-driven end, mid-sweet and warming. Well bodied. Fits the season. (Holmenkollen, Oslo 04.12.2018).

330ml draught at Lysebu Hotell. A covering white head that laced well. Hazy apricot coloured body. Moderate aromas of fruity caramel. Blended taste of peaches and brown malts followed by a rounded, slightly bitter ending. A bit mealy in the mouth. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Holmenkollen, Oslo 04.12.2018).
