Draught. golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Strong hoppy nose with minor hints of maize and malts. Some sweets notes in both flavour and aroma. Extremely strong hoppy flavour, in a bad way. This reminds a lot of the "big bulk" lagers in Finland...

Draught. Pale golden colour, big white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy and grassy. Flavour is grassy, malty and hoppy. It reminds a lot of some other beer I had quite recently. Watery, and not too pleasant.

Draught @HB2006
Golden color, small white head. Strong diacetylic nose - lots of butterscoth. Metallic, slightly hoppy, some barley. Drinkable thirst-quencher with a spoiled nose.

Golden color, small white head. Sahti-like dry nose. Medium-bodied. A bit sweetish. Saaz hoppy, good bitter aftertaste. (3/2/7/3/11 2.6).
Re-rated, bottled.
Dark honey golden color, small white head. Citric bitter aroma. Saaz-hoppy, lightly fruity-sweet with good bitter aftertaste. Well made, balanced but more or less standard pilsener. (7/2/6/3/12 3.0)

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, dark amber with an almost non-existing head. Very Roasted, malty aroma. The body is fairly full, sweetish with roasted malt and notes of overripe fruit - probably due to it being a bit (two months) over the top. But still a lovely, malty brew and a positive surprise. And I really believe that the Ålands should be considered a nation of it’s own here on RateBeer. 230106

Re-rated during SOPP in June 2006 (draught) and April 2007 from bottle. Very dark brown colour iwth huge beigeish brown head. Aroma is smoke and lots of roasted malts. Flavour is lots of smoke and roast with some weak hints of caramel. The roast stays for long in the aftertaste. Not sure if it’s a new recipe, or if the "later" ratings just have aged properly, since it was a brand new beer in October 2005 (first ratings, it used to be the beer of the month on Hyvät Olutravintolat -"chain"). Not it’s turned out to a really nice dark beer. 7 4 7 3 14.

A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with distinct hop notes, while the flavor is sweet too, but here the malt is the dominating the picture.

Bottled at RBESG. Amber colour, clear, near no head. Dry with papery malt character and clean mouthfeel. Fairly hoppy with bitterish, lightly soapy finish.
