Tap at Solmu, Helsinki. Color is clear dark orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, berries, strawberries, greasy strawberry jam, some dry fruits and malts. Pretty dry palate but strawberry is not my thing.

(Keg at Oiva, 20171114) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had malts, caramel, raisins and sweetness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, caramel, raisins, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, sweet and bitter. A clean malty brew with bit raw feeling. Not bad.

As Stallhagen Winter Porter. Colour is opaque dark brown, good soapy tan head, dissipates quickly, minimal lacing. Aroma roasted malts, cocoa, toffee, espresso. Flavour light heavy sweet and medium bitter, roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, liquorice, alcohol and spicy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, chocolate, liquorice notes, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation; nice porter.

Opaque dark brown, average frothy tan head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma roasted malts, liquorice, toffee, light coffee. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, roasted malts, liquorice, toffee, spicy notes. Rich malty sweetbitter aftertaste, chocolate, alcohol notes, coffee groundings. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, easy to drink sturdy bock.
