[ As Stallhagen Yin Yang ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, weak aroma, grain notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, light sugary, grain notes. Not much going on here ! Bottle 330ml. @ [ oh6gdx house - Vasa ]. [ As Stallhagen Cérémonie ].ABV: 4.7%. Clear light medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, pear, floral, apple - wunderbaum. Odd aroma, label states blackcurrant leafs ! Flavor is blackcurrant, apple - pear with a average duration. Draught. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sour apples, some berries and some malts. Flavour is apples, some sourish wood, mild apples as well as some ripe fruits and grains. Messy and rather bad.

Draught (Sthlm backlog). Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some berries, mild parfumed soap as well. Flavour is bready, malty, grainy and some slight alcohol as well as some berries. Also some mild tart notes.

Draught@Amarillo, Vaasa. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral and grassy with some mild toasted and sweetish bready malts to it. Flavour is very similar with mild earthy and wooden notes. Mellow bitterness. Easy to drink as well as clean.

Draught @ Solmu. Aroma has chocolate, oat and raspberries. Flavour has tart-ish raspberries, chocolate and mild metallic tones. Finishes with milky notes. Decent.

Bottle @ home shared by TomHendriksen & Lieke. Opaque black color with an average sized beige to light brown head. Smell and taste malts, lightly milk chocolate but a bit artificial (Dutch: laffe semi-nep chocola zoals zo’n koetjesreep), a bit sweet. Hmm drinkable but that’s it.
