Couleur pâle sur léger voile, le col est épais bien tenace sur un léger blanc-cassé.
Arôme est délicat avec une approche classique dans les mals - petite note de grillé, toasté, léger céréales surfantsur un caractère de bitter anglaise. Parfumé houblonné noble cherchant un côté fleuri et délicatement fruité.
Palais reste sur une approche classique plutôt anglaise avec un malté cara pâle discret et rehaussé par une belle amertume que je qualifierai aussi de très anglaise - finement floral.

Flaska från SB. Koppar/bärnstensfärgad vätska med en krämig skumpuck. Stor kropp, åt det sötare hållet med karamell, söt malt, rostade nötter som möter en välavvägd rund men tydlig beska och när ölet blir lite varmare vecklar dofter och smaker ut sig och lite engelsk fruktkaka ryms även i smaken. En utmärkt ESB. Är så glad att Skebo finns med sin engelska smakprofil. Mycket gott

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 16 June 2025) Copper colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, apricots and slightly earthy hops. Malty, hoppy taste with dried fruit, apricots, toast, caramel and a balanced earthy/herbal bitterness. Light body, dry. Well made and refreshing bitter. Nice one.

Cask (Akkurat, Stockholm) - Copper in colour. Malty and fruity aroma with a faint whiff of vinegar. The taste is malty and fruity with notes of raisins.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 9 April 2025) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, apricots, crackers and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with apricots, citrus, resin, crackers and a balanced citric/floral bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh hop profile. Nice one.

Cask (Bishops Arms, Uppsala) - Deep Golden in colour. Peach, orange and some biscuity notes in the aroma. Biscuity malt, peach, apricot and marmalade in the taste.
