About
When the young Viennese banker Franz Schaup started brewing beer in 1858, he did not expect his small brewery to develop into one of the most successful breweries in Austria over the years.

In the meantime, the Zipf brewery near the Attersee has a proud 13 beers and 3 types of hops, the refreshment with hop lemonade for adults, to their range. A total of 170 employees work directly at the location in Zipf. They are the ones who ensure that everything runs smoothly every day and are responsible for a large part of the success of the Zipfer brand.

Despite the numerous technical innovations and a merger with Brau Union Österreich AG in 1970, the careful use of resources and brewing with natural hops were always in the foreground.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild, fine hoppy, mild lemon notes, some grapes. Finish a bit metallical. But quite drinkable. Not bad!

Hat ez elég szar, inkább adtam volna valakinek ajándékba, így pocsékba ment

Tap @ Nick Cave, Burg Clam. Grain alcohol aroma, although this isn't really strong. Good enough, but not really good.

0,5 can. Nice light yellow, transparent color, small white foam, medium-bodied. Malt grainy smell, smell very good, "clean." It reminds me of classic "rounded" German light beers. Malt, sweet, easy to drink, yet not wet, the bitterness is okay. That's what they put themselves in. A very good lager beer. I recommend.

Szép világossárga, átlátszó szín, kis fehér hab, közepesen tarós. Malátás gabonás illat, illata nagyon jó, "tiszta". Ízre a klasszikus "lekerekített" német világos söröket juttatja eszembe. Malátás, édes, könnyen iható, mégsem vizes, a keserűség is rendben van.

Pours quite hazy golden colour, topped with medium sized frothy head, not lasting. Quite some ripe bananas in the aroma with very gentle spice. Slightly sweeter start, medium bitterness in the continuation. And again, sweeter finish. Medium body. Not bad.
