[ As Jabłonowo Piwo na Miodzie Gryczanym ].Clear medium brown amber colour with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, sweet malt, caramel, bread - buckwheat, sweet malt - honey - sugary. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, brown sugar - honey, bread, bread - buckwheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170805] 5-3-5-3-8

500ml Bottle - Very dark brown in colour. Liquorice, plums and blackcurrant in the aroma. Marzipan, plums, liquorice, berries and some slightly earthy and smoky notes. Hints of fennel in the finish.

0,5l bottle at home. BB 15.01.2018. almost black color, small coffee colored head. smells earthy, smoky, plums, some vanilla, rather heavy on the berry notes, mulberry, nutty, marzipan, doughy, some soy sauce. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes smoked, earthy, lightly leathery, doughy, plums, some sweetness, light booze, peppery, light vanilla, soy sauce, bit liqueurish. finishes lightly sweet with notes of soy sauce, plums and earthy notes. nice one overall, taste is a bit all over the balance, lacks some balance. bit heavy on the soy sauce. overall rather on the heavy side. still rather good stuff.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17. Hazed amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is honey, sweet notes, melon, straw, grains. Taste comprises airy malts, honey drizzle, biscuit, light spice, perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Par for style.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 15.01.2018). Czarne z obfita brązową piana. Aromat nie powala, jest delikatna wędzona śliwka ale pojawia się też subtelna nuta, która przywodzi na myśl śliwowicę. W smaku nartomiast wędzona śliwka rządzi, czuć świeżą, polską wędzoną śliwkę, która jest bardzo aromatyczna i wyraźna. Ciało średnie, świetna wędzonka, bardzo dobra pijalność, zero alkoholu.
