Description
Browar Lubrow to rodzinny browar, mieszczący się w Borczu, niedaleko trójmiasta. Stworzyła go w 2012 roku rodzina Lubockich.

Hazy dark golden color with a fine tan head. Good lacing down the glass. Looks really nice. Grapefruit hoppy, mild pine and tropical fruity aroma. Absolutely ok. Medium + body. Fine balance between sweetness and bitterness. Soft carbonation. Grapefruit hoppy, mild resinous, some pine and tropical fruity flavor. Nice tasty IPA.

Tap (Marynka, Wroclaw). Piwo zmetnione o ciemno bursztynowej barwie z bialo-zolta piana szybko opadajaca do cienkiego krazka i nieznacznie znaczaca szklo.

Clear deep golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Herbal and malty aroma. Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation. A very caramel malty dominated flavor. Also a bit herbal hoppy. Plain mild easy drinkable beer, but to much caramel malty for my likings.

Almost clear golden color pour with a fine white head. Quite ok lacing. Dominating malty and a fine citric touch in the aroma. Medium body. Tad sweet. The bitterness should have been a bit higher to cope with the sweetness. But not at all to sweet. Soft carbonation. Personally I feel that it had a bit to dominant caramel malty flavor. Also herbal and citric. Hoped that the yerba herb should have been more present. That was a bit disappointing. I would never have guessed that this had been used if not told.

Flavor are also dominated with roasted barley and coffee. Some chocolate. Nice and easy to drink stout. I can see that they have used amarillo anc chinook here, hmm wonder where they did go.

Small yellowish head over copperish coloured beer. Sweet malts, but also a fleeting sourish aroma; caramel. Again - very fleetingly - sour. Then fresh malts, sweet-ish, but also herbal. Watery caramel, but also lightly lactic(acid?). Light body, faintly slick, and very light carbonation. I fear a light - or beginning - infection. Dangerous with a Zwickel. Many thanks to Aga for this haul!
