On tap at the brewery restaurant. Very lightly hazy yellow to golden colour. Medium white creamy head. Aroma of grassy hops, relatively full for a 10°. Taste medium bitter, light sweet. Finish light bitter, pleasant. One of the best (if not the best) 10° that I have ever had. Surprisingly full taste, mouthfeel and nice hop aroma also.

draught at Prague Easter Market on Wencelas Square - I was delighted to see that not all food stall have PU and Radegast on tap, but that there was one stall with a real gem. Deep dark colour with a creamy and dense beige head. Lovely aroma of sweet malts and caramel. Full-bodied, lots of caramel and chocolate - not too sweet, perfectly balanced. Hints of dates and dried fruit (pears?). Smooth palate. There was a shy touch of warming alcohol detectable - good on a cold Prague sping night.

(Draught at Zly Casy, Prague, 30 July 2011) Dark amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, herbal nose with notes of wheat, grass, apricots and flowers. Wheaty, floral taste with grass, citrus and herbs. Rather light body, quite sweet, with low bitterness. A bit weird (or is that queer?), but drinkable.

Tapped: Golden to deep golden, hazy, small to mid-sized firm off-white head; robust yeasty and woody-hoppy nose; dry bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied; lingering barrique-like bitter-malty finish. Neither a Bohemian Pilsner nor a Heller Bock! Too extreme, no glory........

06/05 0.75 l bottle, courtesy of Marko, great thanks for sharing this one! It poured slightly hazy orange to brown body with medium sized yellow head. Very nice malty aroma, sweet orange, biscuit and fine vanilla sugar. Weak hops though, fruity malt probably takes out the part of bitter orange scent. Slightly bitter flavor, but considerably malty as well, butter and grass overall. Medium or even fuller in body with long sweetish, creamy and bitterish finish. Too prominent malt for a decent IPA, still very nice beer and experiment.
