Tap at RJ. Aroma fruity, and hoppy. Stable head, hazy amber-red colour. Taste has moderate maltiness. Bitterness is medium, towards the finish high. Hops flavour present, moderate strength. Earthy, light grapefruit. Mouthfeel a bit sticky, finish dry. IMO pleasant surprise from Chyne.

(Draught at Zly Casy, Prague, 19 July 2013) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, toffee and vanilla. Malty taste with bread, hay, vanilla and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Light body, with balanced sweetness. Hardly exciting, but quite decent.

Tap(@Zlý Časy): Deep golden with an orangey sheen, big and quite stable frothy head, balsamic vinegar and fruits in the and bitter nose; sour and bitter flavour as well, pretty light bodied, vanilla and wood in the slighty sweeter, but still bitter and sour finish. One of the worst brews I’ve ever had at Zlý Časy! More similar to a Belgian Sour Ale than to an Altbier…

Tap at RJ. Aroma . Clear deep amber colour. Stable off-white head. Taste is DMS, vegetables. Nothing more expected from them from now on. Some caramel, light hoppiness. DMS just kills it. Poor drinkability, slightly overcarbonated.
