Description
Our cosmic brewery, based in Działdowo, was created out of a passion for brewing and a desire to create original, creative beers.
We work with our own equipment, performing all work using 100% artisanal methods and only the finest raw materials. Each of our beers has its own, compelling story. We primarily brew refreshing new-wave IPAs and fruity sours, but we also don't shy away from classics. We especially enjoy throwing in something black and smoked whenever the opportunity arises.
We launched in 2018 and already won our first medals at the KPR, including gold for our Green Party Session IPA. Since then, we've been steadily developing to create ever-better beverages.

Sample from keg at Nowy Kraftowy, Krakow. Mellow, simple IPA aroma. Light haze. The taste was surprising - much louder than the smell but for me, really like sherbet. A kind of pucking sweetness. Found it a bit much.

150ml draught, shared with Finn at Beer & Bones. Filmy layer over a clear amber body, upper part lacing on the glassware. Mid-sweet aromas with scents of caramel malts. Pretty good malt-fruity taste, moments of caramel, dried fruits, and biscuit. Malt-fruity finish, mid-sweet. Decent stuff. (Warszawa, 17.10.2024).

Mandarynki, owoce pestkowe, tropiki, trochę łodygowe. Barwa ciemniejszego złota, piana redukuje się do krążka, brak lacingu. Goryczka zaznaczona, zestowa, bardzo długa, trochę męcząca. Bardzo fajna kompozycja, soczyste, ale niuanse jak wysuszające język czy goryczka nie pozwalają w pełni cieszyć się tym zestawem, choć i tak jest przynajmniej dobre.

Tap at Warsawski Festival Piwa. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. High bitterness, but also high grassy earthy hop burn. Not really pleasant. Moderate ashy burnt roastiness. Average.

Can. Medium body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Lots of grassy vegetal hops character, dank, lactoseish. Average to be honest, too bitter for a NEIPA, too hazy for normal one, and the hops character sucks.

Can at trip to Warsaw. Hoppy aroma and taste, tropical fruit, medium bitter, light sweet notes. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter finish. Ok.
