Pours wattery clear, scent is very subtile. Taste is fairly subtile too, gentle honey notes. Bit to the dry side, yet a sweet backbone, very gentle and elegant. Great as an alternative to white wine !

Pours clear, dark brown. Scent is full, roasty coffee. Chocolate bitterness. Taste is full, sweet, coffee. intense sweetness. Chocolate, praline. Honey is a bit lost. Tastes like coffee liquor to me - a bit too much emphasis on the coffee. Yet truly unique as far as I've had meads, so there's that !

Pours clear, blond with a slight amber hue. Very small layer of foam that is stable and white. Scent is very funky. Raw honey, more mead than beer, in the balance. maltyness is mild. Aroma is medium to silent in intensity. Taste is full, intense honey. Slightly sweet, rough raw honey. Mild alcohol touch, but it doesnt show it's 12%. There's a very mild touch of co2, lower than what you'd expect in beer, but obviosuly more than meads, that are usually still. Pretty solid, perhaps could be even better with a side-taste like fruits, or more hops (they are mild as of now). Pretty clean fermentation profile.

Pours a clear, darker pale-amber. Scent is rich and complex. Giving away it's caramelly essence, but in a unique and enjoyable manner. Floral. Medium loud, with a seemingly sweet base. Taste is Fairly full, half-sweet indeed. Complex, very enjoyable. mild caramel. Bit of a powdered sugar aspect, as well as a very light fruity character ( those vague colored candy necklace things come to mind, but in a positive way ). Complex and unique. I've tried this more mindlessly before, and liked it less than. It's a mead that needs some thought to be fully appreciated. Surpsisingly refined for a home-brewed mead, curious to see how things will evolve once this guy goes commercial !
