Bottle (thanks to MoritzF): Orangey coloured, medium-sized, quite stable foamy head; distinctive fruity nose: cloves and bananas; sweetish, a bit malty, flavour; light to medium bodied; fruity, a bit tart finish, but all in all very mild; goes well down, pleasant............

(bottle) Cloudy and hazy orange coloured hue with a fluffy white head, quickly diminishing after a few minutes. Dusty wheat-malty aroma, slightly fruity (banana) and more clovy notes. Slightly sweet wheat-malty flavour and taste, light to medium body, creamy textured mouthfeel, also quite low carbonated for a Weizen; yeasty, fruity and clovy finish. Clean and well-made Weizen, but it could be a bit more spritzy.

(bottle) Clear and dark amber colour with a reddish shine and a medium-sized foamy beige head. Sweet and slightly sour aroma of dark and toasted malts and dried plums. Moderately sweet flavour, full to medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Light sweet toast-malty taste, with a fruity and light-sour background. Sweetbitter malts accented tart finish with a whiff of hops. The best brew by Licher I had so far, although it is very decent.

Bottle (under licence of MoritzF): Dark amber coloured, big creamy white head, quite stable and sticking to the glass; sweet-malty aroma, vinous, too with traces of molasses, toasted malt is also detectable; full bodied (no surprise ?), sweetish, vinous and fruity (plums ?) flavour, a bit sticky texture; short, sweetmalty finish with distinctive chocolatey notes and a faint bitterness. A beer like a good cake: sweet, but not cloying, complex aromas............

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Unpleasant skunky/ perfumed aroma with sweet malts and grassy hops in the background. Sweetish malty taste, weak light-bitter hoppy and soapy finish. Really bad.

(Bottle 33 cl) Cola coloured with a pretty much absent head. Very sweet and cola flavoured - almost no bitterness - but yet surprisingly fresh. For a beer mix this ain’t too bad. 050203

(Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden - lemon poppish. Rather handsome, frothy head. Sweet, but not artificially so. Fresh and sympathetic. 280103

(Bottle 50 cl) Golden with a decent head. Flavour has a sticky, sweet malty feel with a discreet underlying bitterness. Like watered out rye bread. Hmm.... 091002
