33cl Bottle, bought at NHBF. Almost opaque yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of yeast, sharp wheat notes, grain, light grassy, hint of plastic. Flavour is medium sweet, lemon, wheat, light bitter yeasty finish. Light bodied. Not really weizen-like imo, but not bad. Soft carbonation.

Bottle. Pretty yellow color, verging on pastel, with lace. fruity aroma of lemon, peach, linden flowers (I guess), grassy hops, pilsner malt, a touch of honey. Dry, fruity flavor, nice citrus, grassy hops, strong bitterness works very well to balance the nicely sweet fruits. Low carbonation for a tripel, very smooth, full, yet light. Excellent and very original tripel. Great summer drink. Seems to go down in quality quickly if not fresh, though.
