Bottle. Aroma slightly yeasty solventy. Clear yellow colour. Taste is sweet, genuinely appley, sweetness soon balanced by pleasant sourness. Crisp, easily drinkable.

30/11 0.75 l bottle from some supermarket in Oviedo. It poured golden body with smaller head that didn’t live long. Sourish cork aroma along with sweet apple juice. Also, flavor was sweet, fine apple character with unappealing sticky corny sweetness. Full, cloying body with long sweet finish. Too much for my taste, but except that nothing wrong, no unpleasant notes, just plain and boring. As it was the most expensive cider I’ve seen in the shops, I naturally expected so much more.

Corked bottle
Clear blond color. Quite common sweet cider; light smell of fish; I don’t understand how they won a medal in 2000 (Gastronomia Siglo XX).
