(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm) Pale amber colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of dried fruit and citrussy hops. Fruity taste with apricots, citrus, caramel and a fairly dry finish with a nice grapefruity bitterness. Well balanced and nice beer.

Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Clear pale amber, creamy head. Perfumy orange peel aroma. Malt sweet and fairly light bodied with soft mouthfeel. Creamy and gentle with grapefruity hops and vanilla - all in a gentle way. The bitterness seems low at first but grows significantly in the finish. A careful and pleasant well balanced beer.

Bottled (BB 09/2007)
Hazy orange color, big cloudy off-white head, lace. Flowery hoppy nose, almost like in Öland’s beers! Crisp, pine needle hoppy, alcoholic Belgian type ale. There is some sweetish fruity notes and hops. Quite nice tripel and very close to Unicum Verum.

Bottled (thanks omhper). Hazy orange colour with huge fluffy and lively head. Aroma is yeasty, fruity and quite spicy. Flavour is earthyness, fruits, spices and also has some quite grassyness in it. Grassy and earthy finish.

Bottled (BB 06/2007)
Hazy dark amber color, small off-white head. Strong aroma of ... glue. It’s kind of fruity and sweet but it really smells like glue. Quite full-bodied. Sticky, grassy sweet fruity flavor. Dried prunes, apricot, banana and mango. Crisp carbonation. Not really pleasant and not easy to drink, aftertaste is better, nice fruity flavor. Sigtuna’s beers are always on or off.

Bottled (thanks omhper). Hazy nutbrown colour with mediumsized beige head, some lace. Aroma is alcohol, toffee and some other stuff in a very gluelike mix. Flavour is caramel malts, some fruityness, nuts and mildlly burning alcohol. Aftertaste is fruity hops, grass and some yeastyness.

(Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 1 Feb 2008) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, rather discreet, nose with notes of blood oranges and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with orange peel, caramel and hints of citrussy hops in the finish. Well balanced beer with the fruity notes staying in the background. Nice, but lacking something extra.

Black color. Nice delicate coffeish aroma, dark chocolate. Quite dry flavor, with a lot of roasted malt, very coffeish, light sourness. Not bad, but too much coffee for me.

Copper color. Light aroma, with very light sourness (infected?). Ordinary flavor, nothing special, with very light peaches. Too simple.

Hazy light amber color; creamy head. Very nice aroma, vanilla, fudge. Good and sweet malt flavor, with toffee too, butter? correct bitterness, fresh, almost fruity. Excellent.
