(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Dec 2021) Hazy golden colour with lasting, white head. Fruity nose with notes of elderflower, herbs, citrus and hay. Fruity, spicy taste with elderflower, hay, peaches, citrus and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Lots of elderflower, almost overwhelming, but really tasty. Nice one.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 9 Oct 2021) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with caramel, apricots, dried fruit and orange peel. Malty, fruity, vinous taste with notes of caramel, candy sugar, dried fruit, apricots and a vinous and warming finish with a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Quite well balanced quad, with a good sweetish fruit character. Nice one.
