Lovely. The caramel and marshmallow add some sweetness, of course, but it blends together into a sort of hazelnut goodness. Great!

This is not a Berliner Weisse.. There's probably some lacto in it, but I don't taste any Saccharomyces and certainly no Brett. It's like back in the day when Americans were like "let's just put corn in the lager, that's fine."

Yes, a bourbon barrel stout! Loads of vanilla and hazelnut, with some marshmallow. Rich but not too sweet. From a brewery right down the road. Sip from Bob (the local barfly).
