Very dark brown with a red hue, medium lasting light brown head, some lacing. Caramel and fruit in the aroma, apple and some metallic note. Sweet flavour (almost schwarzbier), with a sharp, unpleasant bitter finish.

Dark mohogany color with a large creamy off-white head. Aroma of chocolate malt and some light fruit. Sweet caramel and toffee flavors, a bit watery.

500ml Bottle. A brown beer, slightly dirty looking head that soons fades away. Pleasant malty taste that is also a bit sharpish but with plenty of sugary flavours there as well. Better than some of there other beers but that’s damning it with faint praise.

Bottle. Very pale yellow aroma a little sweet, smelt a little chemically to me, could probably be regrded as refreshing but otherwise fairly non-descript without being awful.

Bottled. Slightly hazy yellow coloured beer aroma a bit yeasty and grassy. A touch too sweet samey as too many others in tghis catergory. Alll in all whilst ok it hardly sets the pulse racing, a tad drab I am afraid

Bottled and Draught frequently in Vilnius, Lithuania this weekend. A fairly typical yellow lager beer, not great but then not bad.

Light brown, clear body that lifts up a huge, light tan head of creamy foam that slowly slips into the glass below. Sweet grainy malt aroma rises up to meet the nose. A full bodied brew that is smooth and sweet with a bit of roast malt sharpness in the finish.

500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. Deep reddish brown colour, not as dark as many other Baltic porters, large light brown head. Malty sweet aroma, hints of roastiness, dried dark fruits and bakery. Very sweet and malty flavour, verging on "cloying" but is not over the hilltop. Just enough hops to keep my interest. Mellow and rounded mouthfeel, again associations of something out of a bakery. Faint hints of roastiness and coffee in the background. I’m not quite sure what to make of this beer - maybe too sweet, but still pleasant enough to convince me to buy it again on a day my "sweet tooth" needs to be satisfied.
