Bottle, medium stable creamy bubbley head with some lacing, opaque deep brown colour with some floaties, aroma of waffle and barnyard notes with some yeasty earthy notes and just a touch of coffee, flavour of dark caramel, dark bread and bitter chocolate with a strong and coarse bitterness that feel a a little amateurish, medium bodied and suprsingly not too heavy. Nice but could be more refined.
