Can, 0.33l. Aroma is grassy, citrusy, floral and mild tropical fruity. Pours hazy dark golden color with large soapy white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and citrusy, following is mild tropical fruity, herbal and peppery, while finish is average bitter. Erstaunlich (beerig) säuerlicher und zu gleicher Zeit wenig malziger Antrunk. Blaubeere, wenig Vanille, kein Malz, keine Röstnoten. Das Hornsirup gibt ein mildes Aroma aber keine Süße, merkwürdig süffig, man muss sich wirklich fragen, ob das Bier tatsächlich 10% hat. Mittellanger Abgang. Unüblich, nicht unlecker aber geschmacklich 0 nach Imperial Porter. 8/9/9/9/13/9

Deutlich fruchtiger Beginn, feine Fruchtsäure von Passionsfrucht und Grapefruit, moderat hopfig. Im eher schwachen Abgang kommt erstmals Chili hervor und bleibt dann langer erhalten. Spritzig, sehr süffig, wenn auch für mich nicht unbedingt weihnachtlich. 9/12/11/10/13/11

440ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of lime and passion fruit, a touch of mango, bubblegum, overripe tropical fruit. Taste is initially dry, citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, notes of lime, diluted hints of passion fruit, a touch of mint, later additionally peppery spicy, notes of chili, accumulating hot spiciness. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, soft to flat carbonation. Lime and passion fruit flavours are homogeneous and harmonious in the nose, but appear rather distinct in taste; well adjusted chili dosage - not bad.

Can sourced from Beergium and drunk at home - New brewery ✅ very hazy yellow with a white head. This years pink boots hop blend with sabro the stand out as with others this time round, juicy pineapple, ahtanum citrus lemon and grapefruit in play, sweet pale malty backing, bitter herbal, floral and piney hops into the close. Lovely.
