473ml can. Clear, orangey colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, pale and caramel malty as well as fruity, hoppy aroma with a slight jelly bear touch, notes of melon, lychee, hints of peach, resinous and piney overtones with a tendency towards liquorice and burnt rubber. Taste is sweet, caramel and pale malty, moderately bitter, fruity hoppy, notes of melon, lychee, some peach, mandarine, resinous and piney overtones, slight jelly bear character regarding the fruity flavours again; lingering, bitter hoppy, still fruity, minimally soapy finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft, minimally prickly carbonation. A tad too sweet malty but decently counterbalanced by tremendous amounts of hop, the Mosaic occurs in a slightly cleaned and clinical mode; DIPA-like appearance - good.
