Weich malziger Beginn. Viel Kaffee, deutliche Süße, sehr cremig. Würzig, Kakao, weiter viel Kaffee, moderate Herbe, geringe Bitterkeit. Erkennbarer, nicht störender Alkohol, der Kaffee bleibt intensiv und das prägende Aroma. Geringe Süße, langer Nachgeschmack. 9/12/9/11/8/11

A very dark reddish brown beer with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted dark malt, coffee, liquorice, oat. Taste of sweet dark chocolate malt, coffee, vanilla and oat.

330ml can via Beer52: BB 27th September 2024. This beer was brewed in the EU and imported by Beer52, so God knows where it actually comes from? Mini-haze to the golden orange body, white crust that hung around. Citra hops doing their thing over a solid malty base, this was a lot better than I expected to be honest.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep amber colour, small head. Aroma is tart wood, some vinegary elements with mild caramel. Flavour is tart wood, some sweet caramel malts, mild sour berries along with some slight figgy sweetness. Somewhat dry palate.
