On tap at Farm Club. Pours a fully hazy pale yellow with a white head. Fruity orange, grapefruit aromas. Citrusy grapefruit and orange flavor, bright and juicy. Very nice! I wouldn't guess this was intended as a pale ale instead of an IPA. (Additional context: I had actually ordered the Spelt Saison, but after having taken a sip, I stuck with this one when they gave me the option to switch it out for the correct one.)

12 oz can. Pours black with a tan head. Roasty coffee, molasses aroma. Smooth medium light flavor, roasty coffee, bitter cocoa, touching on anise. It's very good at what it does.

Can from 8DP. Pours a hazy silverish gold color with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely aromas of pineapple, dank, mango and papaya. Palate shows more dank, tropical fruit flavors with some papaya and starfruit. A touch of herbal notes as it warms. Pith, tropical fruit skin on the finish, but palate feels a touch watery.

Can from 8DP. Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers, then dissipates. Herbal aromas on the nose with lemon, lemongrass and wild ginger notes. Clean and crisp on the palate, softer carbonation though. More lemongrass and floral notes as it warms. Drying finish with lingering lemongrass. It's fine as a beer, but not sure where the Belgian witbier notes come in.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish silver gold color with a finger of white foam. Lots of lime zest, white grapefruit and mild citrus aromas on the nose. Palate is very similar with a nice citrus and wild hop character present. Drying finish lime, white grapefruit zest and pith throughout. Very nice.

750ml bottle shared with friends at Farm Club. Pours a clearish straw gold with a full two fingers of fluffy, rocky white foam. Classic saison nose with light floral, chamomile aromas on the nose. Crisp and clean on the palate with a nice mineral and floral focused finish. Great stuff!

Draft a Farmclub shared with a friend. Thanks Dan! Pours a mostly clear gold to light amber with a finger of off-white foam that lingers. Aromas of tea and biscuit. Smooth on the palate. Easy drinking with a light hoppy bite on the finish. Very good.
