Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is peppery, dough, a bit hay. Taste is dough, bready, esters, hay again, peppery finish. Oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Good Saison!

Tap. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is straightforward Pilsner goodness, grassy and a bit earthy, nice estery touch from the yeast, clean. Taste is crackery, dry, good hops, bitter finish, some dough. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Crisp and clean, amazing Pils!

Can Jam: pours a bit hazy with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, hints of pine. Not full on West Coast. Bitter. Sort of sweet. Still has some new school elements.
