Wat jaren geleden begon als een hobby is vandaag de dag een prachtige ambachtelijke brouwerij tussen Achtmaal en Zundert. Jeroen en Wendy brouwen al meer dan 20 jaar, enthousiast bijgestaan door familie en vrienden. Jeroen streeft als gediplomeerd biersommelier naar topkwaliteit en smaak in zijn bieren en dat proef je!

Ooit heeft Jeroen geroepen dat hij graag 58 verschillende bieren wilde brouwen. Dat leek toen een verre droom, maar inmiddels begint dat magische aantal dicht in de buurt te komen!

Sampled at Hop On Hop Off Festival, Breda, 2026. Nice dark amber to autumnal red brown color, clear though, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some fruity notes, a slight distant overripe fruit note turning to slight sour. Hmm no, not a good quad imo. 8-6,5-5,5-6-5,5

Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot, 2025. Reddish color, no head. Smell and taste, brown candy sugar, light caramel, liquorice, prunes. Not bad, I must admit. Intense, but not bad.

Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot 2025. Autumnal reddish color, average sized beige head. Aroma is quite bland, but perhaps the beer is a little too cold. Flavor is malts, light raisins, caramel perhaps, but not distinctively. Plums, sweet notes. Full body, quite creamy light sticky texture, suitable soft carbonation. Nicely done barleywine. 8-8-8,5-9-8,5

Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot 2025. Murky brownish orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is wheat, malts, something fruity. Flavor is similar, with a soft bitter finish. Apparently it has peppers, but I don't get them. Fortunately. So quite okay actually. 5-6,5-7,5-8-7
