Description
We are a brewery & distillery, located on a picturesque 100 acre farm in the small township of Ayr. When Cameron Formica and Jordan and Nolan Vanderheyden finished university, they were looking for something outside of the classic nine to five. They really wanted to do something hands-on that they could physically create. So in 2017 they founded Willibald Farm Distillery and Brewery.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 22/04/24. Clear golden to light copper with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tangerine, grass, melon, pine needle, melon, floral tones, old skool aromas. Taste comprises orange peel, melon, light pine needle, grapefruit, airy malts, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Okay old skool leaning DIPA.

season 1, episode 3, 29-jul-2021 on the can: Drink fresh or don't tasted 2024-04-17 Opened like it was fresh and not infected, good can control and sanitation. aroma of roasted malts, natural licorice, 100% dark chocolate, faint apple or pear like sweet note, Aroma from initial pour was especially really really good, later pours a bit more down to earth, aroma reminds me of very early danish beers when evil twin amager and mikkeller were experimenting. flavor is roasted malts, dark chocolate and a little bit of dark caramel, charred wood, wood, faint vanilla and coconut, roasted and toasted malts dominate. Pretty solid imp stout aroma and it shows no signs of aging, could be canned yesterday for what I know. The extra time might have blended the flavors a bit more and created a more smooth experience, i don't know. What is here is pretty good though, the heavy dose of roasted malts carry the rest forward in a dignified and respectful (for the malts) way.

Can. A very light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth malts, a light clean creamy sweetness. Hops bring a little crisp pine into bright crisp citrus. It's a kinda generic citrus but in a good way. Crisp mandarin, bitterish lemon and lime. A little hop spice. Touches of floral lemon and lime, like a slightly left field lemongrass. Light crisp finish. Yeah, good clean intro into Zumo hops and this is very clean dipa whilst eschewing old school West Coast stodgy and bitter nonsense. I could drink a lot of this and probably only notice that I had when the world starts coming from a greater distance! A real grower.

Decent pastry stout. Nothing extraordinary, but toasted coconut is good. Base beer is reminiscent of cold brewed coffee. Beer Temple ams
