(Can from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours near opaque bright yellow with a small white head. (Aroma has lots of floral tropical fruit like lychee, orange oil, perfume, citrus pulp and a bit of weed with undertones of crackery, white bread malt. Flavour is quite dry and powerfully lychee-forward, lots of that nice floral fruity aspect leads the party and is supplemented by white grapefruit pith, dank slightly catty hop leaves, some lightly sweet tropical orange fruit, citrus peel bitterness and a bit of dried grass, quite clean crackery malt, bone dry finish with moderate pithy bitterness. Medium bodied, average carbonation, no real alcohol. Galaxy is shining here on a nice dry malt base with low esters that lets the lychee really pump. No real hop burn but solid bitterness, really good clean brew that drinks a little like a big single IPA.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light coffee notes, vanilla, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light coffee notes, vanilla, very nice. On tap at Rooted in Place.
