Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pale yellow. Aroma of lemon, gorgonzola and butyric acid. Vinegar, butter, and blue cheese, sweaty infantery socks. No bitterness. This explains why modern days sours are flavoured to hell.

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Light cloudy medium to light yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, elderflowers, minerals - yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, wheat, minerals, yeast, floral - elderflowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210723]
