Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy amber with a frothy and very lively off-white head leaving quite some lacework. Toffeeish and fruity nose. Medium body, a little subtle roast, lightly yeasty and toffeeish, slightly oxidized. Some cocoa powder. Not too bad but very far from your traditional Dunkelweizen. 230512

Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma of malts, citrus, hops. Some apple core. Flavour light bitter, quite sweet, apple, citrus. Lightly cloying. Finish bitter lemon peels and sweet malt. Bit too sweet for my palate, but still quite nice.

Bottle 330ml.[ Trade by Countbeer ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, moderate hoppy, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, leather, fruit. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, dry, riped apple, fruity, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small off white head. Orange fruit, baking yeast and sweet alcohol. Sticky. Cloying, hot and too much.
