Bottle picked up at Irma Valby and drunk at home - clear golden pour with a white head. Grainy and grassy, notes of straw, hay, cereal, doughy malts, some floral and grassy hoppy action, light body, bitter finish. Not for me.

Hazy Yellow, smooth white head. strong hoppy aroma, bitter, somewhat juicy, quite dry, watery feel, but that's probably the 2.7% , but the hops part of the aroma is pretty spot on, if anything i miss some malty or malty sweet balance. Aroma is very dry, so sweet malts might ruin that. flavor is strong hops, herbal tea and lemongrass like note, bitter green leafs. Not that much malts. overall a nice hoppy dry low alc, but it has some bitterness that seems a bit weird, perhaps a bit sort of the bitterness you might find in a bone dry pilsener. The beer is organic i see, that could explain the slightly strange flavors, i have noticed similar strageness in other organic beers from time to time. perhaps the organic varieties of hops and malts are not entirely the same as the unorganic (other strains). Compared to other organic brews i've had this one is pretty awseome i must admit.
