The flavour is moderate to strong bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, dry, light citrus, big dry floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Sommar, Birmingham. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, big pineapple. The flavour is over moderate sweet with a sweet biscuit, dough, shortbread, pineapple, vanilla lactose, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Plenty of pineapple but no tartness. I think they dropped the lactose bucket in here. Nice, but way too sweet to be great in my humble opinion.
