Description
In May 1867, the Leinenkugel family brewery was founded in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin by Jacob Leinenkugel. He was a family man driven by an iron work ethic, and he knew that his German family heritage would play an integral part of his brewery’s success. Today, the sixth generation of Leinenkugels continues to brew some of the same family-inspired recipes that Jacob poured his heart and soul into. Over the years, our family has grown and so has our brewery, but our history and heritage remain at the forefront.

Pours hazy, dark, amber with a white head. Tastes like malt with a strong berry influence. Palate includes berries, honey and coriander along with some notes of what I think is grass. Delicious beer, really enjoyed drinking this.

From can to cup on Southwest Airlines. Flavor is sugary and oxidized. A bit of cardboard. Pretty, clear copper with full, pristine white head.

Pours a hazy purplish-orange (like grapefruit juice), with a thick white head. Blackberry aroma. Tastes like a German Weiss beer with strong blackberry, elderberry and blueberry aroma. Palate includes a fruity, berry-like element on the nose. Extremely drinkable.

Pours hazy amber with a thick, persistent, white head. Aroma of pumpkin and cloves. Tastes like a wheat beer with a sweet honey influence. Palate includes cinnamon, pumpkin, cloves, malt and spices. Honestly its incredibly drinkable and I feel as though it is really well made.

Pours a rich amber with a white head. Aroma of malt and spice. Tastes like caramel and toasted malt. Palate includes oak and mild influences of spices. Good beer, a little too sweet for my taste but not the worst Märzen I've had.

Bottle at home just super market single which new ticks are rare in my grocer. Fine light amber pour. Nose is caramel and malt. Tastes malty, plenty of caramel, honey of fruit. Too sweet and not dry enough for style. Not terrible but one is enough

Bottle shared by Stacey on 8/22/18. Thanks.....
Pours a lightly cloudy, canary-tinted, brass yellow-golden with a medium-sized, white head showing moderately-low retention.
Hmmm, smells sugary. Is that pomegranate? Could be. Could be just about any other "fruit" you want it to be because it's pretty artificial/candy-smelling. Cereal, biscuit and a pinch of acidity, citrus-like, seemingly thrown in as an afterthought. But mostly weird sugars.
In the mouth it's extremely sweet. Not even getting much shandy, really. Mostly just cherry lollipop-like sugary sweetness with fizzy carbonation though not a terribly thin texture (the sugar helping with that). After a few sips, finding no pomegranate and no real fruit, nor even much in the way of lemonade, it goes down the drain, as expected.

12 oz. bottle. Well, yeah. A grapefruit radler. Not bad for what it is. Plenty more grapefruit in the taste than anything else, and it tastes like actual squeezed grapefruit than some grapefruit "cocktail." Okay for this hot summer evening.
