50ml Taster from tap at Einstein, Cali. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells light dill, light joghurt, earthy, average smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, candy, dill, peppery, very herbal, bit leathery. Finishes dry and rather bitter with notes of peppery, earthy and grassy notes. Very bitter, gets a bit better when warm, some off flavors, which most likely come from tap cleanliness though. Ok 5,4,5,3,10

Taster from tap at Siete Ríos Hostel. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells flowery, hay, earthy, some currant notes. Ok smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, grassy, spices, bit peppery, some tobacco, cellary notes, bit breadish. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of grass herbs and peppery notes. Drinks quite nice, good stuff 6,4,7,3,14
