On tap. Cloudy, opaque golden with a lacing, white head. Super intense Mosaic aroma. Light body - naturally - dry fruitiness, yeasty and minerally with a solid finishing bitterness. Surprisingly flavorful for 1,8%. 150226

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque gold, non-transparent, with a creamy head of white foam, fine. Aroma is weak herbaceous. Body is on the thin side, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly bitter, very easy to feel and aggressive because of the low alcohol. Final is dry (meaningless).

Hand pumped at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours almost black, with very fine, light brown foam. Aroma is very nice, of chocolate and partly of coffee, nutty and cinnamon. Body is slightly thin, with minimal carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with some nice roasts bitterness. Final is average.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark amber, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal, fruity and spicy, quite estery. Body and carbonation are average. Some stickiness. Maybe the perceived alcohol level is higher than the real one. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is still sweet, caramelly, but not exaggerated.

0,33l bottle at Bastian Contrario Parma. Orange hazy color, small white head. At least half a centimetre of sediment in the bottle. Smells of oranges, citric, light caramel, nice smell. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, citric, grassy, spices, light caramel, hints of exotic fruits, lychee. Finishes lightly dry and medium bitter with notes of lychee, earth and some citric notes. Quite nice one, not super complex bit easy and enjoyable to drink. Would be even better with some more exotic fruits
