Fast gone spritzy white head over hazed pale yellow beer. Sulphur, rubber and gooseberry. Dry Hessian sacks. Again sulphur/rubber but with a dry, sour white/green fruit flavours surrounding. Lactic acid, if mildly so. Light body, very slick, light to medium carbonation, long-lasting flavours, acidthinning. Certainly better than average, if better exists in this category. Many thanks to Geert for sharing!

Bottle shared. Murky red to red-purple color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are fruity, softly sour, red fruit. Decent. Not bad at all.

Normally I would deduct 1 point for the silly wax, but as this wax had disintegrated all from itself, no fine. No head to speak of, veiled velvet pink beer. Sourish, fruity nose, stone fruit, floral, blossoms. Fruit, finely floral, but also smoked, almost pointing towards Islay, lightly phenolic, Rauch is very, very restrained but unmistakable. The light acidity as such doesn't clash. Light body, medium carbonation. Please, sour beer adepts, taste this! Here the acids are in check, making the beer pleasing and drinkable, instead of aggressive and throatetching.

Unfortunately very musty scent and flavor overpowering the beer. Off-flavor? Not pleasant to drink. Looking forward the open another bottle/badge hoping for no off-flavor.

well balanced sour ale with rather soft carbonisation. Herbal hints with elderflower particularly at the end.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Massive Brett aroma combined with sour apples. Medium body, an initial and soft malty sweetness before strong and leathery Brett notes take over. Some moldy notes as well. Dryish finish. I really don't know about these guys, they keep brewing clean beer styles like Kölsch and Pilsener, not mentioning anything about Brett cultures on the labels. But the beers keep coming out heavily Bretty. So the conclusion must be, that their beers are massively infected, although most of the time still quite enjoyable - if only they were called Farmhouse something. 300720
