ABV: 7.5%. Clear medium to dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully diminishing, white - light pink head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, berries, oak, leather, berries - aronia, light horse blanket - earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, berries (aronia), earthy, some yeast - wheat - minerals, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. IMO: Again do not pure the yeast in your glass ! [20200629]

ABV: 6.5%. Light cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, floral, earthy, light farmyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, salty, minerals, wheat, yeast, grapes - apple, medium dry, floral. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. IMO: Easy going .. nose is quit good .. but let a bit down by the flavor, and do not work if you get the bottom yeast in you glass, then it gets much sharper and is not balanced any longer. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, breal, floral, flowers, light yeasty, light farmyard, elderflowers notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt - cookie, belgian yeast, light yeast - floral, minerals - elderflowers notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200629]
