Description
Bridewell Brewery draws on the rich history of its locality, as the ‘bride well’ or ‘old gaol’ was built more than 200 years ago as part of an effort by the British government to tame the area which was rife with smuggling and illegal alcohol production. Focusing on localised distribution, Bridewell is served in 16 establishments in County Galway, including several in Clifden.
