Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a semi-dark brown to black color with a finger’s worth of off white head. Dissipates at a decent pace. Subtle lace.
The aroma consisted of some dark fruit, coffee beans and grounds, dark chocolate, some wisps of vanilla, light allspice and ends with a little bit of earth.
The flavor blended all of the previously mentioned aromas together fairly nice to lead into the aftertaste and follow through in the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied. Felt as more of a sipper as a beer. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt the same. Some smoothness, but not too much, as the coffee seemed to grind a bit more along my tongue.
Overall, leans more towards the coffee than the oatmeal, in fact, where was the oatmeal portion in this? Still, I liked it since all of the flavors came out really nice and clean, just was missing the oatmeal part.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was an amber color with a slight transparency about it. Low carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Half finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had a nice sweet malty base, caramel/toffee cleanliness with some citrus and piney hops.
The flavor did a decent job of blending the hops to the malts fairly nice. Clean malty aftertaste rolling into the finish in the same way.
The feel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine. Fairly smooth along my tongue.
Overall, pretty good amber I could have again if I could get it.

Thanks Mike.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-dark brown color almost black. Film of a little white foamy head. Light messy lace.
The aroma had some milk chocolate, light creamy sweetness, light toffee and then some nuts.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side with a damp sweet milk chocolate aftertaste that wets the finish in the same sort of way.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine.
Overall, pretty good as a sweet stout. I could have this one again.
