Watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly, foamy carbonation. Very grassy (in a pleasant mode), rather manifold but unspecific fruitiness, further subtleties, good balance (comprising sweet-, tart-, and bitterness), high drinkability along the way - very good and quite idiosyncratic!
