Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, moderate hoppy, flowers, juniper, coriander, rosemary. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, juniper, psicy - coriander, rosemary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140624]

Small slightly fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is sweet, wheat, sugar, weeds, yeast, hay, dough, banana, hints of shed. Taste is slightly dry, hay, yeast, wheat, paper, weeds, cereal, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly watery mouthfeel. Boring.

Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, copper colored and with a small, light beige head. The aroma has a touch of smoke, with some dried fruits. Dusty cellar notes. The flavor has some smoked malts, with caramel, banana and bubble gum. Not much bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Some bitterness in the lighlty smoked finish. Pours clear deep golden/copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, caramel and hint of smoke. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours black with a light tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, licorice, salt and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long licorice, salty and weak chili finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A dense, dark beige head of two-finger size leaves lacings over a very dark brown body. The aroma has a touch of chili, but mostly it’s licorice and rosted malts. Some sweetish notes too, and a little prune touch. Salty licorice, roasted notes, chocolate hints, chili, some prunes and a touch of booze on the palate. Full-bodied and lightly burning, with a nice carbonation. Lasting finish with lots of salty licorice. Tyrkisk Pæber candy. Nice, but not a beer I could drink a whole lot of. 140815

Bottle. A hazy, dark amber colored beer with a dense, finger-thick beige head leaving lacings. It’s quite roasted on the nose, and smoked, with a little earthy touch and some dried fruits. Roasted flavor with earthy notes, dried fruits and caramel. Medium body with a pleasant carbonation level. Roasted, caramel finish. Not very interesting this one, but sure drinkable. Guess it needs some hearthy food. 140808
