Pours hazy deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, caramel, chocolate and clove. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long sweet fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A clear, dark amber to brown beer topped by a small, dense, off-white to light beige head. The aroma has some banana and caramel, a faint spiced note and some generic fruityness. The flavor is pretty much the same, banana and caramel, with some spiced notes. A touch of bitterness blends in towards the end. Medium body, quite effervescent. A quite decent one, but it doesn’t impress. It’s not offensive in any way either. 120623

Bottle. A dark brown one, with a tan head of moderate size. Roasted, almost burnt aroma with lots of licorice. Some dried fruits and caramel. The flavor too is roasted and almost burnt, with both caramel, dried fruits and licorice. Some bitterness towards the end. Medium to full body, dryish and pleasantly carbonated. A beer that in no way reminds me of a dunkelweizen, but it’s a nice beer anyway. 120622

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Some caramellic notes. Oily palate.
