Cask at the brewery, 5/5/23. Hazy orange, medium off-white head, good retention. Aroma of lime, pale malt. Taste is pale malt, lime. Looking for the cilantro and can't find it. Some tartness from the lime. Nice.

Keg at the brewery, 4/8/23. Confirmed to be 100% pear by the brewery. Hazy pale orange, medium off-white head, poor retention. Aroma of sweet and dry pear. Taste is dry pear, earth, pepper. Crispy, dry. Nice.

Cask at the brewery, 3/9/23. Hazy orange, medium tan head, good retention. Aroma of floral hop, tangerine, earth. Taste is oak, vanilla, citrus, green, pale malt. Well balanced.

12oz can. Pretty pleasant Stout. Soft on the palate, true to style. Roasty, dry. Pleasant chocolate malt notes. Nails it.
