Wax sealed big bottle thanks to Drake! Pours thick, just about black (not quite), dusting of a head. Nose is chocolate, booze, caramel, roasted, hint of smoke, vanilla, strawberry. Boozy chocolate, vanilla, caramel, strawberry, roasted malt. Sweet, not quite cloying (but approaching). Carbonation is almost non-existent. Just misses the mark for me.

Can thanks to Drake! Amber with an inch of off-white head. Floral notes, caramel, honey, toffee nose. Floral hops, honey, wild yeast, hay, caramel. A bit sweet, but that wild yeast is nice.

Cask at the brewery, 5/14/23. Confirmed with the staff this is the house lambic base. Hazy amber, large white head, poor retention. Aroma of cucumber, pickle spice, lemon, spice. Taste is tart pickle, lemon, spice, a spicy note that reminds me a bit of Texas Pete, but its very mild and actually balances out the beer. Pretty pickle forward. 5 ounces is about enough but it's interesting.

Can thanks to Drake! Pours a murky orange with a small off-white head. Lovely aroma of floral hops, grapefruit, wood, orange and grapefruit, tequila. Flavor is floral hops, wood, orange and grapefruit peel, tequila, pine, resin, light honey, Very nice.
